Sherri Ziff Lester,

founder of RockYourLifeCoaching (www.RockYourLifeCoaching.com), is widely known as the life coach to celebrities and the entertainment industry.

Sherri has been featured in the Sunday New York Times Style section, Elle Magazine, Access Hollywood, Fox News and numerous other high-profile media outlets. As the national spokesperson for Splenda, she was featured at the Splenda/Golden Globes Gifting Suite where she did on-the-spot life coaching for nominees as well as a media blitz that included a 17 city radio tour.

Prior to her "mommy sabbatical" from the entertainment business, Sherri was a successful television writer on several prime-time dramas including "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Baywatch", during their most media-frenzied time.

A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, Sherri is also a widely published travel and spa writer, a poet, and a notorious goofball. She leads journal writing workshops at spas and was recently invited aboard Six-Star Crystal Cruises' Harmony as an onboard guest lecturer.

Sherri Ziff Lester received her certification in life coaching at the prestigious Academy of Coach Training in Seattle, Washington, one of the few training centers to earn accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

As my rookie year of being a scream-at-the- top of my lungs, savor every minute, buy- a- 42" flat- screen-two- hours before the finals start so I can watch it in HD, don’t-even-talk-to- me- during- the -game basketball fan comes to a close, I feel I can tell you the truth: I’ve never been a sports fan. Ever. I’m the least competitive person on the planet. In fact, my new found passion for this sport has been met with sheer astonishment from those who’ve known me and comments like, "You swallowed the Kool-Aid!!! And "You’re, like, a GUY!!!" as well as my favorite, "Benjamin’s mom is SO cool – she’s really into basketball!!!"

My teenage son who views the world and all its relevant events through the lens of b-ball and the basketball shoes any player or person happens to be wearing at the time. It is his passion that’s ignited mine, and for a reason only those who’ve listened to their gut and followed their dreams will understand, I’ve created a sister life coaching service to RockYourLifeCoaching called RockYourGameCoaching.

As you’ve read, I’m pretty well known in the entertainment industry. And I deeply feel that my expertise in managing celebrity, raising the bar on performance and creating a balanced centered life is as applicable to NBA pros as it is to rock stars. It’s all the same game and the players have the same challenges.

I have a fresh perspective on the game and what I see is enormous potential for players to play better – to be fiercer, more focused and more intuitive on the court. That requires creating a life off the court that’s solid and centered and free of drains. That requires having the courage to turn yourself into a better version of yourself. To be the best you can be on the court, you must be the most you can be off the court. I mean this in the broadest sense – I’m available to coaches, management, agents, and family members as well.
