Envision ramping up your contribution to your team – what does that look like to you? Is it bringing your game to a new level? Is it being a better friend? Teams, like families, are complex, bringing together varied personality types, values, goals, visions and styles of communicating.

Are your words and actions inspiring, appreciative, motivating, encouraging, forgiving, accepting? Or are there times when you’re fearful, selfish, ego-centered, jealous, undermining, or unnecessarily competitive?

A few things that may be getting in the way: choking from the pressure to live up to your multi-million dollar contract, a few blown shots undermining confidence, feeling guilty about out-shining other teammates. Or, brewing, unspoken conflicts among teammates, coaches and management. Feeling limited by being defined by someone else’s definition of you.

Independent of the sphere of teammates-coaches-management, we will create the biggest vision of who you want to be on your team, and how you want to interact...
